The PGA National Czech Republic hosted its first ever Club Championships in the middle of September 2020, with 80 golfers competing over the Kyle Phillips designed championship course, with ladies playing from the copper tees, and the men playing from the gold tees, in the 36 hole stroke play event.
Conditions of both the weather and course were perfect for scoring, and both Ladies and Mens divisions saw dominant performances to separate the eventual winners from the rest of the field early. During the second day, the wind picked up to push scores higher in the final round, but the first round leaders both brought home the wins. The Ladies division was won by Karolina Krasova with a total of 156, with the Petr Dedek bringing home the Mens Club Championship trophy with a total gross score of 153, after a fantastic 73 in round one giving the field too much to do to overtake him on day 2.
Prizes were provided by the Wine Shop, Augustine Hotel and Callaway, with the Winners Trophies being supplied by Lasvit. Thank you to all event sponsors for making the day a memorable one for all.
