Closing Season Event 2023

Members Closing Event

On Sunday, October 22, we closed this year’s tournament season with the final tournament. There was a great turnout and for that we thank you all! We really appreciate your interest in our members-only tournaments. It is truly an honor to see your smiles when you play on our always perfectly prepared course, and of course after the game when you anxiously await the announcement. Vláďa Drtina took care of the great saxophone playing during the afternoon.

As in previous years, the tournament was played in the popular Texas scramble format, with a 10% HCP deduction.

The winning flight consisted of Veronika Fiedlerová, Martin Fiedler, Tomas Topinka and Pavel Velkov. They shot a total of 54.6 shots, after HCP deduction.

The second place went to the flight consisting of the following players: Pavla Pribylová, Simona Vlastníková, Vratislav Pribyl and Milan Kotáb. Together they played 55.5 shots, also after HCP deduction.

The third place went to the group consisting of Petr Dědek Jnr., Viktor Janeček, Radim Kočiřík and Filip Tenkl with 56,5 shots, after deduction of HCP.

We also announced the winners of the annual stableford tournament series. The first place went to a player who is not our member, Mr. Phung Viet Hung. Second place went to David Lukas and a nice third place went to Katka Krásová.

We cannot forget the club’s hole champions who also took home valuable prizes. Mirka Cejnarová became the club champion for 2023 and Vlasta Dvořák became the club champion.

And the icing on the cake was the draw for a trip to Costa Navarino in Greece, which was won by Viktor Janeček by random draw.

Thank you all so much for the whole season and we are already looking forward to the upcoming one. Thanks also to our partners who supported us with beautiful prizes for the tournament.
