Last day of the season 2024
This was the last day of the season at PGA National Czech Republic. Thank you to everyone who joined us and supported us this year. The course is now closed for the winter, and we look forward to welcoming you back in April 2025.

We announced the winners of the final tournament, along with the Matchplay and Sunday Oaks Cup winners. Congratulations to all. Club Champions 2024
We know the 2024 Club Champions. Kateřina Krásová defended the Club Champion title and Zdeněk Jehlička became the new Club Champion for the first time. Results: women 1st place Kateřina Krásová 2nd place Simona Koublová 3rd place Natálie Havelková. Men: 1st place Zdeněk Jehlička 2nd place Paul Dennis 3rd place Jiří Jelínek. The best stb. result was played by Ilona Košková. Congratulations to all and thanks to our partners who supported us with beautiful prize: Antipearle, Dušek Décor, Audemars Piguet, Samsonite, BMW, Rückl, Perrier Jouët, Augustine hotel, Maximilian hotel, Bang Olufsen.
Winner D+D REAL Czech Maters 2024
David Ravetto dominated the 10th edition of the D+D REAL Czech Masters. The 27-year-old Frenchman secured his first career victory on the DP World Tour, finishing four shots ahead of second-place Jesper Svensson from Sweden. The top Czech players was Filip Mrůzek, who finished in 62nd place, while Šimon Zach tied for 72nd. Both ended the tournament with impressive rounds of -3.
Members Masters Tournament
On Sunday 4th August, we held a Member Masters Tournament with 96 players registered.
The tournament was sponsored by Las Colinas & Golf Country Club, who provided lovely prizes, and the category winners received a Stay & Play stay.
Another prize that was competed for was the opportunity to play in the PRO-AM tournament at the D+D REAL Czech Masters.

The overall winner in the gross category was Petr Bílek, who won the Race Las Colinas Trophy tournament in Spain.

D+D REAL Czech Masters 2024 Player Announcements
This year’s players will include American Jason Dufner (47), Englishman Luke Donald (46), and Italian Francesco Molinari (41). While this will be the second appearance for Donald and the younger of the Molinari brothers at a DP World Tour event in the Czech Republic after their debut last year, it will be Dufner’s – the 2013 PGA Championship champion – first appearance at the Czech Masters.
Other stars of the tournament will be 2016 Masters champion Danny Willett and four time Tour winner Rasmus Højgaard. It won’t be the first time for either of them at the Czech Masters, although as for everyone it will be the first time at the PGA National Oaks Prague. The 36-year-old Willett played the Czech stop of the then European Tour for the first time in 2014, and again in 2018, two years after his memorable victory in Augusta. Denmark’s Rasmus Højgaard, 23, will return to the Czech Masters a year after his debut.
Women’s Golf Month – Special fee for female golfers during June
We are pleased to offer a special green fee for all female golfers during the month of June, to celebrate Troon’s Women’s Golf Month.

The Green Fee will also include a complimentary welcome drink and golf tiramisu at the clubhouse restaurant as well as a small gift in the reception.

Even the wind, rain did not deter some of our members from the inaugural tournament which took place this past Saturday. Despite the inclement weather, there was no shortage of smiles on faces. Black Tee Challenge
The popular Black Tee Channel starts again! The first tournament will take place on Sunday, April 27, 2024. Just like last year, there will be a series of 6 tournaments, plus a Grand Final to conclude the Order of Merit. Events are played on a Saturday each month for a special entry fee of 500 CZK for club members, 2500 CZK for non-members.
Dates: 27.4. 25.5. 29.6. 27.7 24.8. 28.9.
Players will play for both net and gross categories from the Black Tees, with the final OoM winners will be determined from the best 3 qualifying scores, plus the score achieved in the Grand Final in October.
The event will again be supported by Callaway Golf, which will provide both the winners of individual tournaments and the final winners of the net and gross categories.
Player handicap limit for the tournaments is 9.9, with players receiving 3/4s of the course stroke allowance rated from the black tees.

Have you tried our popular club sandwich or other specialties in our club restaurant? Throughout the month of April from Tuesdays through Fridays, you will pay only Czk2,250 for 18 holes of golf, and a club sandwich, or any other choice from the daily menu, plus one beer.

We are delighted that Czech Masters 2024 will be held at PGA National Czech Republic.
Black Tee Challenge winners 2024
We know the final winners of this year’s Black Tee Challenge! First place in the netto category went to Petr Bílek and as a prize he got a stay at Oberoi hotel and unlimited golf at Al Zorah Golf Club.The winner in the gross category was Gregg Lavoie, who won VIP tickets to the DP world tour. Club Championship 2023
We know the club championships for 2023. The lady club champion for the first time in the history of the PGA National Czech Republic became Kateřina Krásová. She played 73 shots on the first day and 73 on the second day. Kateřina won with a total score of 146 shots. Petr Dědek Jr. became the club champion for the fourth time in a row. His score for both playing days was 149 shots, where he played 74 on Day 1 and 75 shots on Day 2.

July is Troon Family Golf Month
Troon Family Golf Month is here, and it’s a great time for kids to start playing the game of golf, or for parents to come and join us for a round of golf with their family.

ALSA Charity Tournament
Last week we held a charity tournament in support of the non-profit organization ALSA, z.s. in cooperation with our ambassador Klara Davidson Spilkova. Thanks to the tournament we managed to raise 161 500 CZK which will help patients with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). Thank you all very much for your participation and we are glad that we could help together.
BMW partner of PGA National Czech Republic
We are delighted to announce our partnership with BMW Czech Republic. Guests using the clubhouse in the newly renovated chateau and golf course will now have access to charging stations for electric vehicles and all PGA National Czech Republic members will be offered test drives of BMW cars, special prizes for tournament participants, discounted prices for BMW cars and the opportunity to participate in BMW international events. OAKS Prague will also be the venue for the national final of the BMW Golf Cup 2023, the world’s largest amateur golf tournament, on 26 September. PGA National Czech Republic Oaks Prague announced The Czech Republic’s Best Golf Course 2022
We are delighted to have been awarded the ‘Best Golf Course in the Czech Republic 2022’ at the World Golf Awards. The Kyle Phillips-designed course, managed by Troon Prive, defended the title at the World Golf Awards for the third consecutive year, having also won ‘Best Course in Europe’ in 2020. We would like to thank everyone who voted for us. We appreciate your support this year and will continue to set the standards in the region, providing the very best golf experience for our members and guests.
Opening of the new golf clubhouse
The renovation of the historic chateau has been completed and we opened new clubhouse on Saturday, October 1. We firmly believe that the opening of the clubhouse is another milestone that will enhance the unique experience of playing on the best course in the Czech Republic. Golf, like other sports, goes hand in hand with a healthy lifestyle. Recognizing the importance of prevention and regular health care, throughout October the PGA National Czech Republic is supporting as last year the non profit organization. This time we´ve chosen project Bellis – young women with breast cancer. Bellis focuses on helping and supporting young patients (of working age) who are undergoing or have undergone treatment related to breast cancer and the importance of regular prevention and early detection of the disease.
We pledge to donate 500 CZK of all our paying female player’s green fees during October to this non profit organization. Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a mission of togetherness and meaningful help.

The KAPRAIN group joined the Oaks Prague
Investment group KAPRAIN has joined the Oaks Prague project. Kaprain has acquired a majority share in ARENDON a.s., whilst the previous sole shareholder Bohumil Koutník will retain the remaining minority share.
“We joined the Oaks Prague project with a simple goal – to make maximum use of and further develop its potential. Thanks to this we aim to build one of the most pleasant places to live in the vicinity of Prague,” explains Jan Kozler, director of development of the Kaprain group, and adds: “This is a project which will enrich the lives not only of the residents but of everyone in the region.”
The Kaprain Group acquired a majority stake in the project from private investor Bohumil Koutník, having previously provided partial financing for the purchase of the project from the previous foreign owners. “I am glad that I managed to acquire a renowned, experienced and capital-strong partner in the form of the Kaprain group for the further development of this exceptional real estate project,” concludes Bohumil Koutník

Oaks Prague is in Czech ownership
On Thursday, May 26, 2022, the development company EUROCAPITAL SE owned by Bohumil Koutník, Prague attorney-at-law and investor, entered into the development project OAKS Prague through acquisition of the ARENDON group of companies. With completion of this transaction, the entire project is now fully in Czech hands, and the original concept will continue to be implemented and developed with the new owner.
Opening of La Bottega Oaks Deli Bistro
La Bottega Oaks Deli Bistro opens Thursday, May 19th. Located on the town square in Oaks Prague, guests can stop by the first-class bistro and grocery shop filled with premium Italian products and ingredients. The Bistro offers fresh pastries, homemade desserts, fresh pasta, a selection of cheeses, salami, deli meats and a wide selection of Italian wines available daily; golfers can also enjoy authentic Italian cuisine focused on freshness and high-quality produce. Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is something for everyone on the varied menu. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy dining on the outside terrace. The Bistro will be open at 9am daily, closing on Sunday to Thursday at 9pm, whilst closing on Friday and Saturday at 10pm. Parking is available on site.
New access road
We are pleased to announce the opening of the new access road via the main roundabout to the golf course, which takes you through the Oaks Prague Town Square. Along the way, you can stop at the newly opened La Bottega Oaks Deli Bistro and the Oaks Prague Residential Sales Center, where the team will be able provide you with all the information you need on the further development of the Oaks Prague project.

Following members feedback from our event calendar last year, we are excited to share with you the upcoming tournaments planned for the 2022 season.
Callaway Match play
We are launching the much-requested Club Matchplay Tournament which will start from May. Registration for the series is open until April 28th with both mens and ladies categories, playing off normal Club Handicap. The draw for opponents will take place at the end of April, with players arranging their own matches for each round of the competition. The event will start with group matches to determine players advancing to the final knockout stage. The Match Play Series is proudly supported by Callaway Golf, providing some great prizes in this first iteration of what we hope will become a regular annual event.
Member Mixer by Galerie Kozí
Every Thursday afternoon we will run a fun nine-hole tournament with different formats of play throughout the year. You will be enter as individuals, couples, or groups, with a casual prize giving following play. The first event will be on May 5th and the shotgun start time of 4pm being the same every week.
Sunday Oaks Cup by LaBottega
There will be Handicap adjustment tournaments every Sunday starting at 10am. Tee times should be booked through the Golf Reception or via email golf@oaksprague.cz and members are also welcome to invite a guest who is registered to the CGF to compete (normal guest fees apply). There will be weekly prizes given out following play on the day, and there will also be a yearlong Order of Merit competition with the overall winner announced at the end of the season.
